okay so some things that i noticed while i was redlining:
the head is proportionally far too small for the rest of the body, and the face is not placed correctly on the head. i tried to redline an example of what i mean, but a combination of paintBBS (which i haven't used since like '06) and a turkey coma were preventing me. also the neck is tapered strangely. it starts out very thin at the top and just slopes out into shoulders. necks taper a bit, but don't tend to look quite like that
the (viewer's) left arm is at an odd angle. i figured that she was supposed to be walking based on the footprints, but i am not 100% sure? when you are swinging your arm while you're walking you don't really cock it inward toward your body. you just let it hang and it with perspective the hand should be smaller than the (viewer's) right one that is lifted toward her face.
as for the positioning of the legs, i again went with the assumption that she is walking. the legs were too close together and positioned at odd angles. the ones i drew are not the best representations of feet in motion, but i was running out of room. look up photo references for a better idea, but one should definitely be in front of the other. i put the one in the rear slightly lifted as if preparing to take another step.
lastly the clothing seems very awkward to me, and it's wrapped far too tightly around her body. in addition the folds that you've drawn don't look like they flow naturally.
my vote is out. if you feel like this is crap, then maybe you don't feel like you are ready to be trying out in the first place. i like that you are interested in experimenting, as it's a great way to grow and learn!

i think its also pretty important to get the rotation right,
nomatter how i rotate the pose, the upper part of her body is rotated a little more to the left.

I TRIED TO REDLINE THIS, BUT UPDATING FIREFOX APPARENTLY DESTROYED MY PRESSURE SENSITIVITY. INSTEAD I REDLINED IT IN SAI AND JUST NUMBERED MY POINTS ON HERE :3
PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR ACCURATE REDLINE
okay so i will elaborate on my critiques
1) the axis of the face, in particular the proportions of the eyes is very skewed. if you were to turn her head to face directly at the viewer the eye on the right would be over twice the size of the eye on the right. i believe you were going for perspective in that the farther eye should be smaller, but the difference should not be so dramatic. in addition her ear seems to be sliding down the side of her face because of the placement and because there doesn't seem to be much dimension to your shapes.
2) her body seems angled too far to the left side, particularly the breasts, which brings me to my next point.
3) please ignore the breasts in this post and refer to the redline link i added in the comment! you have drawn her breasts so high up on the torso, and the shape is not natural at all, especially for the size they are. even the perkiest large breasts in a nice supportive bra have a bit of droop to them because gravity is doing it's job pulling them down (as much as people wish it weren't). they have weight and movement and shouldn't look like they've just been stuck onto the body.
4) the hands are much too small in proportion to the rest of the body
oh also another thing that i noticed is that the hair seems to be just one big glob of color on her head. and the coloring/shading is very pillow-y
OH HAHA YOU ALREADY DID YOUR SECOND TRY-OUT GOD I AM SO SLOW SORRY MAYBE THIS ISN'T RELEVANT ANYMORE >:

firstly the neck is too thick and straight. necks are supple and actually have a great range of motion. the pose looks really stiff if you just draw the neck straight up and down.
breasts. gravity will always work on them, especially ones that big. you don't have to make them sag a lot, but there should be more of a droop to them. fluid lines are also really helpful to convey softness.
the crotch was too low and the hips weren't very defined from the waist, and were also disproportionate to the shoulders and breasts. hips are generally the same width as the shoulders and almost always wider than the breasts.
you can also go ahead and bend the arm/s a bit in this pose. it makes it look more like she's shrugging off a big fur coat than that you've put a big fur coat there to hide the arms.
laaastly it isn't necessary, but i thought the head being tilted back a little looked more seductive and appropriate for the pose.
